What SpiceHack is
SpiceHack is a personal lab notebook for estimating spice-blend percentages from label order and refining them locally. Estimates are guidance for home cooking — not lab assays, medical advice, or official brand recipes. SpiceHack is not affiliated with any spice brand.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SpiceHack on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Purchases
Optional Lab Unlock is a one-time non-consumable In-App Purchase processed by Apple.
Payment, refunds, and Family Sharing follow Apple’s App Store rules.
Restore purchases from Settings if you reinstall or change devices.

Free tier
Scan, Zipf estimation, and workbench tweaking remain free. The free tier includes a limited number of Perfect Copycat library saves and in-app copycat searches. Browser search links stay available without purchase.
Acceptable use
Use SpiceHack for lawful personal cooking and learning. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the optional search proxy. Do not claim false affiliation with brands or publish estimates as certified lab results.

SpiceHack is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for ruined dinners, over-salted rubs, spicy surprises, or decisions based on estimates. Taste, adjust, and write notes.
